2. Return Conditions: Return korte hole product ta original condition e thakte hobe, jemon packaging, tags, etc. Jodi product ta damaged hoye thake, tahole return accept kora hobe na.
3. Return Process: Apni apnar order number diye customer service e contact korben, ba directly shop e eshe return request korte parben.
4. Refund: Return accepted hole, refund ta customer ke 7-10 working days er modhe kora hobe.
