Abir Shop Returns Policy
- Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items:
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our website or app within 14 days from the delivery date. - Electronic Appliances & Mobile Phones:
For issues with electronic appliances or mobile phones after use or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. For more information, refer to our Warranty Policy. - Change of Mind for Selected Categories:
We accept returns for change of mind for selected categories. Please refer to the Return Policy per Category for more information.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item:
Damaged Product: If the product is physically destroyed or broken.
Defective Product: If the product is not working (e.g.. unable to switch on).
Incomplete Product: If the product is missing parts or accessories.
Incorrect Product: If the product is wrong (e.g., wrong size, color, fake item, or expired).
Does Not Match Product Description: If the product does not match the description or image advertised.
Size Issues: If the product does not fit.
Conditions for Returns: - The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For fashion products, trying on the item to check fit is acceptable and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Abir Shop packaging, the same packaging should be used for return. Please do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Important Notes:
Order Number & Return Tracking: Make sure to include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any delay in processing.
Acknowledgment: Upon returning your package, please collect the Return Acknowledgment paper for reference.
If your return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
If the return request is rejected, the item will be returned to you within 6-8 days. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the item will be scrapped, and no refund will be
provided

Modes of Refund:
Bank Deposit: Ensure the provided bank account details are correct and the account is active.
Debit/Credit Card: If the refunded amount doesn’t appear in your card statement after the process is complete, contact your personal bank.
Mobile Wallets (bKash, Rocket, Nagad): The refund will be sent to the same mobile account used during the purchase.
Refund Voucher: A voucher will be sent to the registered email and can be redeemed with the same email ID used for the purchase.
Important Notes:
- The voucher discount code can only be used once. The remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over to the next purchase.
- If any cashback was received, the cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund.
- Refunds via voucher are not eligible for modification.
